Home Health Aides Services Include:
Assist with Bathing, Bed Baths, Dressing, Personal Care, Assist with Transfer, Shampoo, Oral Care, Assist with Splints and Hearing Aids, Skin Care, TED Hose and Shaving.
Meal Preparation
Medication Reminders, Eye Drops, Blood Sugar Monitoring, Blood Pressure, Glucose Monitoring and Weight Monitoring.
Follow through with therapeutic exercises, Range of Motion and Assist with Braces
